Nes Villmarksforum (Wilderness forum) offers party facilities including hotel accommodation, food, beverages and a range of activities for groups who enjoy being in natural surroundings.
The forest hotel is situated along the lake 'Langvatn' 15 km east of Årnes, roughly an hour from Oslo and 40 minutes from Oslo airport Gardermoen. The buildings, built from locally felled and cut timber, provide a charming and rustic atmosphere and the surroundings offer walking, swimming, canoeing, cycling and other outdoor activities in beautiful scenery. We serve food and drink (fully licensed) in our unique 'lavvu' dining hall and offer accommodation in comfortable hotel rooms with on suite bathrooms.
Capacity
Hotel accommodation is provided in 16 double rooms, including a bridal suite, for up to 32 people. The dining hall seats up to 40 guests.
Open spring, summer and autumn for groups
We provide facilities for groups and arrange wedding, anniversary, birthday and summer parties on week ends. Prices depend on the choice of package and you will find these in the menu options (in Norwegian).
